Sometimes they charge fees, sometimes they cash checks, sometimes they close their branch 5 minutes early because what you come in for will take longer than 5 minutes.
If you are needing a new bank, please think about using a better bank than Regions.
Non Account Holder but I handle four clients who use them as a primary banking institution, so I'm there... often. From a non account holders perspective... this branch is nice, not superb, nor bad. The service at this branch is really bad.
The customer service at the branch is horrible. We opened an account in July of 2016 and every time we ask a question of a banker we get a different answer.
Been using them for 30 years, always helpful and courteous . If there is a problem they make it right.
It appears the bankers make up the answers they desire to have. Training is horrible Regions wide.
