This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. It does not clean your car and you have streaks of dirt on your car after you go through the wash! Not sure how you would fix this but the owner should definitely look into it. Love the vacuums. Please fix the wash!
No free towels to use, and the wash is not as good as Blue Rain in Pelham, which offers free towels
Don't go here if you have an antenna on your vehicle. One of the employees yanked out my antenna by using a pair of pliers instead of using the pliers to twist off the antenna. If he would've asked me how to take the antenna off, I would've done it myself. I am thankful that they will reimburse me for the new antenna. That does not negate the fact I am inconvenienced by getting the remnants of my broken antenna out of my vehicle and going to buy a new antenna.
Wash quality was ok, but not as good as others in the area. Not sure if the machines are not calibrated properly or if they are not using liquids properly. My small car was only a little dirty, and I was still wiping wet dirt off with the towel after I got my wash.
Bought the top tier $18 car wash and then spent 20 minutes rinsing the soap off at the vacuum area. Overpriced and does not deliver. Also had to towel off a lot of black oily liquid from my rims as well. Will not go back.
