I give this a two star rating only because we always have had the delivery served quickly however each family has been sick foodwise after two recent visits!! the order has been right but something else is going on I twrnally statewide. feel free to contact me.
The service is good. Orders are accurate. Deliveries are on time. And the "Wing Street" wings are to die for!
I called to place an order, one rainy evening. Perfect for pizza, right? Not if Helena is your delivery store. Since their online ordering system was down, I couldn't order the way I normally did... hence the call. I was told that I couldn't have the online deal, if I called. When I explained that their online system was down, I was told that there were no exceptions. When I asked to speak with the person in charge, I was told that he was to busy to talk and would call me. As I write this review, it's been an hour... no call back. Thankfully, Papa John's is on the way!

i quit ordering here always extremely late and wrong i just don't get it? I dont see how they stay in business everyone i talk to hates the helena al location
